We are excited to announce a pivotal role within our Growth team. We are seeking a Lead CRM Strategist to spearhead and enhance our CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:
- Develop and refine programs focused on engagement, activation, and retention, while overseeing daily operations for our communication channels (Email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications).
- Create and optimize comprehensive CRM strategies to boost patient engagement and retention, driving essential growth metrics, and managing intricate customer journeys, triggers, and automations with both static and dynamic content.
- Direct the strategy, design, and execution of retention and engagement campaigns across various platforms, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Take full ownership of our CRM platforms and tools, managing contractual relationships and channel strategies.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of communication campaigns, from conception and design to execution and analysis, ensuring flawless implementation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, offering actionable insights to enhance future initiatives and align with growth KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our CRM strategies remain innovative and impactful.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute communication experiments from ideation to implementation, driving growth metrics across activation and retention, and reporting on results and subsequent steps.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to create engaging, personalized customer journeys.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- A customer-centric approach with a creative mindset, genuinely invested in enhancing customer experiences.
- Experience with robust marketing automation/CRM systems such as Iterable, Braze, MoEngage, or similar.
- A passion for data-driven marketing and the development of programs that yield incremental results.
- A college diploma or university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 5-8 years of relevant experience in leading email marketing and CRM strategy for direct-to-consumer products or brands.
- Proficiency in CRM channel data, audience segmentation, content creation, campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
- Previous experience in a rapidly growing technology company is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical offers transparent salaries based on output levels, with options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $129,000 to $154,000 CAD, in addition to generous vacation, comprehensive medical/dental benefits, and a 401K plan with company matching.
Additional benefits include:
