About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global CRM Strategist to join our team at BRP. As a key player in our digital transformation, you will lead end-to-end digital projects with a focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to build lasting relationships with our customers.
  • Identify business opportunities to increase customer experience and upsell opportunities.
  • Map untapped opportunities and define a multi-channel approach to improve CRM strategies.
  • Recommend potential boosting tactics and lead the end-to-end strategy (acquisition, retention, upsell & repurchase).
  • Use data to define KPIs and goals across different segments, identify trends, and deepen consumer knowledge.
  • Optimize CRM program to deliver upon overall objectives.
Working with Our Team

You will work closely with our digital and brand marketing teams to gather brand, e-commerce, omnichannel, and CRM objectives. Together, you will build recommendations and plan the best path to achieve goals.
