Job Title: CRM & Marketing Automation Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled CRM & Marketing Automation Lead to join our team at Valtech. As a key member of our digital agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns that align with our clients' business objectives
  • Implement CRM and marketing automation platform best practices to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email marketing and lead nurturing campaign development and execution
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Hubspot
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
