Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily administrative functions for a partner specializing in corporate and employment litigation.
- Manage client onboarding processes and conduct conflict checks.
- Send client collection reminders and maintain updated reports.
- Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents for partner review.
- Update daily calendars and facilitate effective communication between the partner and clients.
- Provide extensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling events, delivering documents, file management, billing, and overall calendar organization.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant.
- Completion of a community college-level legal assistant or law clerk program.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to problem-solve effectively and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
