Linds & Associates, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a dedicated Legal Administrative Coordinator with a robust background in corporate and litigation support. This dynamic role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to senior partners within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily administrative functions for a partner specializing in corporate and employment litigation.
  • Manage client onboarding processes and conduct conflict checks.
  • Send client collection reminders and maintain updated reports.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents for partner review.
  • Update daily calendars and facilitate effective communication between the partner and clients.
  • Provide extensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling events, delivering documents, file management, billing, and overall calendar organization.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant.
  • Completion of a community college-level legal assistant or law clerk program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to problem-solve effectively and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing a high volume of emails and work requests.
