Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging catering, audio-visual equipment, and other logistical details.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, mail sorting, and supply ordering.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Setting:

This role is based in a fast-paced retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.
