Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jokers Theatre and Comedy Club. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
