Head Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team at Bolder Climbing Community. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing our competitive programs, creating well-planned schedules and training sessions, and motivating athletes to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate competitive programs and develop well-planned schedules and training sessions
- Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction and analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
- Supervise staff or team and select and purchase equipment and supplies
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Develop and manage programs and services, and demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques
- Conduct safety training programs and maintain and repair sports equipment
- Provide technical and professional advice and plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities
- Monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
- 3-4 years of experience in a coaching or related role
- Regional level athletic experience
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
