Assistant Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Coach to join our Trojans Athletics team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our student-athletes and contributing to the success of our programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Head Coach in administrative, logistical, and financial aspects of the program
- Assist with team-related activities, including practice planning, game-day operations, and team management
- Develop and implement coaching strategies to enhance student-athlete performance and overall program success
- Collaborate with the Head Athletic Therapist to ensure a safe and healthy environment for student-athletes
- Adhere to SAIT policies, procedures, and protocols, including compliance with ACAC requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NCCP Registration and pursuit of sport-specific training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
