Job Title: Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team at Bolder Climbing Community. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading and developing our competitive programs, creating well-planned schedules and training sessions, and motivating athletes to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate competitive programs and develop well-planned schedules and training sessions
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
  • Supervise staff or team and select and purchase equipment and supplies
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Develop and manage programs and services, and demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness, or sports activities and techniques
  • Conduct safety training programs and maintain and repair sports equipment
  • Provide technical and professional advice and plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities
  • Monitor recreational, sports, or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a coaching or related role
  • Regional level athletic experience
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and dependability
