We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator with a proven track record in financial management. This role involves supporting the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing the fiscal services division, which includes the formulation, interpretation, and execution of financial policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate departmental records and generating statistical reports for both administrative and regulatory needs.
- Coordinating various financial functions, including reimbursements, budgeting, patient billing, medical documentation, admissions, and general accounting tasks such as ledger management, accounts payable, and cashiering.
Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive reports detailing the organization's financial status, encompassing assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures, based on historical, current, and projected operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
