Job Title: Finance and Administration Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Administration Vice-President to join our team at iCAD Dental. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to government regulations and laws, maintaining a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Investment Strategies: Design and manage investment strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
  • HR Projects: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Financial Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in finance and administration.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, initiative, leadership.
