Key Responsibilities- Track and record customer service status
- Prepare final invoices for funeral directors
- Follow up on overdue accounts and work with collection agencies when required
- Prepare or initiate client letters relating to account status
- Maintain and archive client files
- Liaise with funding companies regarding client payouts
- Accept and record customer payments
- Make weekly bank deposits
- Process monthly payment plan payments
- Prepare disbursement checks as required
- Track and record unearned revenue for month end
- Maintain pre-paid contract ledger and assist sales staff with client paperwork

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting, finance, or related business program
- 6 months to 1 year work experience in a professional setting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of Sage considered a strong asset
