We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our administrative services department at Heartwood Kitchen and Bath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, preparing annual budgets, and directing staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operations of the administrative services department
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial reports
- Direct and advise staff on administrative services
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
- 5 years or more of experience in administrative services
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
