Director of Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and driving the company's financial strategy to foster sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Lead financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Supervise account reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Provide leadership in cost management strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management practices to safeguard financial assets.
  • Oversee cash management and cash flow planning.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and bank accounts.
  • Manage and oversee collections, stepping in to address and resolve difficult accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corporate finance initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effective financial management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Professional Designation (MBA or CPA) is desired.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial management role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring, managing, and developing finance teams.

Compensation:

Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with experience, starting at $135,000 per year.
