This role serves as a temporary, part-time administrative support position within the Office of the Registrar and Financial Aid Services. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process all requests for student transcripts
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling student records and sensitive information
• Address and resolve inquiries related to tax forms for teaching assistants
• Investigate and rectify discrepancies in academic records in preparation for reporting
• Facilitate the processing of student ID card requests and collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues
• Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications:
• Completion of a 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Business, or Community/Social Services
• At least one year of experience in a role involving specialized information processing and problem resolution
• Proficient in computer operations
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Capable of exercising tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment
