As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of electronic mail and digital databases
