Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at pt Health. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of medical reports.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medical reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consensus opinions are achieved and reports are accurate.
- Correct errors and discrepancies in reports and tracking systems to maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate report processing, including administrative tasks and interactions with referral sources.
- Ensure timely completion of reports and adherence to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Regulated health professional with at least 3 years' experience in the insurance industry.
- Action-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven individual with excellent clinical, medical legal assessment, and/or adjudication experience.
- Detailed knowledge of current and prior auto insurance legislation, arbitration, and associated legal decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a solid command of the English language.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems.
- Flexible and team-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
