Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Are you driven by innovation and have a flair for the digital landscape? Paladin Security is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to enhance our online presence.
In collaboration with the Marketing team, you will execute digital initiatives aimed at fulfilling corporate objectives. Your role will encompass the creation, management, analysis, and reporting of digital content to elevate brand visibility and interaction. This includes overseeing and expanding our social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
As a vital member of our team, you will liaise with various departments across North America to support Paladin Security and its subsidiaries on digital channels. Reporting directly to the Communications Manager, you will implement digital marketing strategies that align with both corporate and departmental aims.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee social media platforms, including engaging with followers, updating profiles, and connecting with target audiences.
- Plan and schedule weekly content for social media.
- Implement both organic and paid advertising campaigns, producing regular content including videos, graphics, and posts.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights to enhance advertising budgets and campaign results.
- Additional social media tasks may involve collaborating with influencers, monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, scheduling posts, refreshing profiles, developing campaigns, and analyzing data.
- Manage responses to reviews on platforms such as Google and Glassdoor.
- Develop and oversee company newsletters.
- Engage in blog writing and maintenance.
- Conduct analytics and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, with a strong grasp of current trends and social media practices.
- Experience in creating engaging TikToks and reels is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Later, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Well-versed in online marketing techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.
