About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Ricky's Family Restaurants Ltd. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Marketing Project Management
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, including market research, campaign development, and event coordination.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build brand loyalty and drive sales.
  • Marketing Communications
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
