Job Summary

We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization and coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives, managing marketing expenses, and analyzing data to measure campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaign Support
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Marketing Expense Management
    • Manage the timely submission and recording of marketing and advertising expenses.
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Data Analysis
    • Enter and analyze existing data and information to measure campaign performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Marketing Materials
    • Source, order, create, and maintain marketing and promotional materials.
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand voice and style.
  • Content Creation
    • Write, design, and develop email campaigns and other communication materials.
    • Create and post compelling graphical, photo, and video content on social media platforms.
  • Content Management
    • Manage content updates on digital platforms (websites, Google listings, etc.).
    • Monitor online reputation and customer review scores.
  • Project Management
    • Establish and communicate timelines, priorities, and deliverables for all marketing projects.
    • Ensure goals are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other duties as assigned or may arise.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasive sales-oriented communication.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with basic HTML, email marketing, and graphic design creation is a must.
  • Experience with animation, video creation, and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CASL, CSS, Google Analytics, and SEO are great assets to have.
