Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate high-quality content for our social media channels, including text, images, and videos
  • Execute social media campaigns to support our organizational goals and objectives
  • Monitor and respond to comments and conversations on our social media channels
  • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Advanced diploma in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • Considerable progressive experience in communications or marketing, with a focus on social media and digital content
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of online social media platforms
  • Ability to produce high-quality photography and videography
  • Ability to write, prepare, and post content to websites for both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to use various design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Ability to exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and judgment
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures, with a high degree of attention to detail
