About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Relay Financial. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key part in shaping our small business banking platform and driving innovation in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the planning, development, and launch of new initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Leveraging data to inform product decisions and establish clear success metrics to guide product development.
  • Analyzing product and business data to identify opportunities and prioritize features that meet customer needs.
  • Providing feedback on design and user experience to ensure every product is a delightful experience for our users.
  • Helping to hold the team accountable to outcomes and ensuring a high bar for product delivery.
  • Elevating the Product Management practice at Relay Financial, building an inclusive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with product development methodologies and agile project management.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and banking regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
