Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physically demanding tasks.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
