Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Financial Management: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and other financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
