Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
