About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 8035415 Canada Inc. as a permanent, full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and manage incoming correspondence.
    • Compose and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Office Administration
    • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work Environment
    • Work a regular 30-hour workweek.
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
