We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures and policies to improve office efficiency
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Office Management
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Conflict Resolution and Evaluation
    • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office administrative procedures
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of employees

  • Education and Experience
