The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Zone Director of DI/CIU and be responsible for a wide range of administrative, secretarial, and coordination duties.
About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in office administration and a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Grade 12 plus a post-secondary diploma in a recognized office administration, business administration, or secretarial program
- A minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment providing administrative support and office coordination at the executive level
- Considerable organization and time management skills necessary to assist in the management of administrative documents
- Demonstrated initiative, ability to set priorities to meet demanding timelines, and work independently
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure without sacrificing work standards
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Proficient and accurate keyboarding skills
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Lync), SAP, and other software
- Knowledge of standards for documentation, experience in preparation of formal documents, including letters, memorandums, reports, and presentations
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Permanent full-time position; 75 hours biweekly
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $29.93 hourly and may be eligible for our benefits package, which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage, as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
