Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer and direct telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
    • Respond to and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Correspondence and Documentation
    • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
