We are seeking an experienced Payroll Client Services Specialist to join our team at AccountantsWorld By IRIS. As a Payroll Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional payroll services to our Canadian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely client/employee records.
- Process and balance payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll regulations.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Canadian payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll laws and regulations.
