Payroll Analyst for Financial Services

BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to support our team in Burlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, as well as the maintenance of payroll records and related reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain payroll records and related reports
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
  • Reconcile payroll accounts
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing. A strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, as well as experience with payroll software, is also required.
