We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at MILESTONES. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, provide training, and ensure that all employees are meeting their job expectations.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
