About the Role

HSE Integrated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Mount Pearl, NL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including ensuring new hire packages are completed, processing field tickets, and maintaining station-level safety files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire packages and ensure timely submission
  • Process field tickets and ensure compliance with head office requirements
  • Maintain station-level safety files and ensure compliance with HSE Manager requirements
  • Manage hard and electronic filing systems
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information
  • Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors
  • Arrange accommodations for operations staff as directed
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Station Manager

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Office Administration program an asset
  • Two years of experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to adjust to changing work priorities
  • Outgoing and effective team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
