Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sullivan + Associates. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word, as well as electronic scheduler and database software.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and multitasking skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
