Job Title: Executive Chef

Hoppla Restaurants Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
