POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Floor Supervisor, you will serve as a vital representative of our brand, fostering an emotional connection with our clientele. Your role will involve guiding the team to surpass expectations, delivering outstanding service, and showcasing enthusiasm for our brand. You will be an integral part of the store management team, focused on achieving exceptional sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Engagement
- Spearhead the initiative to warmly welcome and assist every customer; provide immediate coaching to team members.
- Manage inventory replenishment to ensure sales floor levels and size availability meet brand standards; collaborate with management on merchandising strategies based on sales performance and available stock.
- Encourage associates to maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value and foster brand loyalty.
- Prioritize an outstanding customer experience throughout the store, consistently placing customer satisfaction first; solicit customer feedback and relay business opportunities to the Store Manager.
- Address customer issues promptly while exceeding their expectations.
Commitment to Operational Excellence
- Lead the implementation of shipment processing, replenishment, pricing, and visual merchandising directives in accordance with brand standards; strive to meet or exceed the brand's processing benchmarks.
- Assist in directing merchandising execution, adapting based on sales performance and collaborating with management on new product displays.
- Uphold all company policies, tools, and procedures; support loss prevention training and coach associates to maintain vigilance and report concerns.
- Aid in effective scheduling to align with payroll strategies and budgetary requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for nights, weekends, and overnight shifts; occasional travel may be required.
- Strong communication and time management skills are necessary.
- Capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.
