Key Responsibilities:

Team Development: Continuously assess, mentor, and train team members on product expertise, styling, sales techniques, and operational protocols. Collaboration with District Manager: Work closely with the District Manager to document discussions, develop performance enhancement strategies, and oversee corrective measures. Talent Development: Identify and nurture in-store talent, promoting internal team members to future leadership roles. Operational Excellence: Implement store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company standards. Visual Merchandising: Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to optimize sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintaining operational excellence, including KPI analysis, scheduling, and inventory oversight. Demonstrated skills in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members. Strong communication abilities in English, both written and verbal. Bonus Points: Experience in launching new stores and a background in visual merchandising.
