Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ngon Ngon Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and front-of-house areas are running efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Quality Control and Customer ServiceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for our chef.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
Supervision5-10 people
Work LanguageEnglish
Hours32 to 40 hours per week
