Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vietnamese Diner Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management
- Procure and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Communication
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
As a Restaurant Supervisor at Vietnamese Diner Restaurant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work effectively in a team.
Requirements- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 30 hours per week.
