We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Vietnamese Diner Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Beverage Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports to management

- Supervise a team of 1-2 staff members
