Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Heaven Pizza Inc. as a key member of our kitchen management team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our food service establishment.
Staff Management and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Inventory Management and RequisitioningRequisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hire food service staff as needed.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient workflow.
Work EnvironmentOur restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, serving a diverse customer base with a focus on halal cuisine.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
Work SettingRestaurant environment with a focus on halal cuisine.
Supervision3-4 people.
Cuisine SpecialtiesHalal.
