Bilingual Business Development Representative Position

A well-established international company based in Barrie, ON is seeking a full-time Bilingual Business Development Representative to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in kickstarting their career in B2B sales with ample training and mentorship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing accounts and establish new ones
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
  • Adapt sales presentations based on market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer care and satisfaction
  • Maintain an updated database
  • Provide regular activity and results reports
  • Monitor competition and market trends
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle customer meetings
  • Contribute to team efforts
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Self-confident and motivated team player
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Proven prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service and territory management abilities
  • Driven, adaptable, and quick-thinking
  • Note: Junior level position with training provided
