About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Trainee (M/F) for an apprenticeship program.
TRAINING PROGRAM:
If you possess a high school diploma and are eager to engage in a professional training program that leads to a recognized diploma, then Ipac Bachelor Factory Laval offers an excellent opportunity. Enroll now to embark on a 12-month apprenticeship in Human Resources, culminating in a certified Bachelor's degree.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct timely evaluations and analyses of Annual Performance Reviews, ensuring consistency in practices.
- Develop an internal and external training catalog in collaboration with department heads.
- Assist in compiling job references.
- Design career development pathways for staff.
- Support the execution of a managerial onboarding program.
- Facilitate the establishment of a skills matrix across all departments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
The ideal candidate:
- Is proficient in IT and office software.
- Exhibits creativity and initiative.
- Possesses strong interpersonal abilities.
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about HR initiatives.
- Maintains confidentiality at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of a BAC +2 or equivalent qualifications is required, as you prepare for a Bachelor's degree.
COMPENSATION:
Salary ranges from 43% to a percentage of the minimum wage, in accordance with the apprenticeship contract remuneration scale.
