About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bawa Construction Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
