About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PROARK CORPORATION. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining calendars.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, meeting minutes, and other important documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
