Merchandising Specialist

Position Overview

Brand Momentum is seeking a meticulous Merchandising Specialist to join our team, working at a retail site for 6 hours weekly.

Your Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting products from storage and arranging displays according to a Planogram
  • Updating seasonal displays and pricing as necessary
  • Implementing account-specific initiatives such as bookings, end caps, and marketing programs
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance value during store visits while working with department staff
  • Providing consistent merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, Planogram adjustments, and stock freshness
  • Preparing and submitting daily reports as required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for relationship building
  • Ability to maintain professionalism with the public and store staff
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adaptability to a constantly evolving market
  • Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods
