Del Green Landscaping Inc. is seeking a skilled Arboriculture Specialist to join our team. As an Arboriculture Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our clients' outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and trees.

• Landscaping and Maintenance: Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes.
• Trees and Shrubs: Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease, and apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas.
• Lawn Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products.
• Design and Planning: Prepare conceptual designs and proposals for landscaping projects, and estimate costs for materials and labor.
• Client Communication: Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide regular updates on project progress.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Skills: Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

The Arboriculture Specialist will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
