Position Overview:
As a key member of our financial services team, the Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding advisory connections with our most valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly evaluate clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and specific requirements to deliver customized guidance. Develop comprehensive financial strategies that integrate investment, lending, protection, and everyday banking solutions.
  • Facilitate introductions to trusted partners, ensuring a seamless transition for clients while preserving their confidence. Focus on retaining and enhancing relationships with our high-value clientele across all service lines.
  • Promptly address product maturity, managing each lead with a holistic advisory approach to strengthen relationships and assist clients in reaching their objectives.
  • Implement holistic financial strategies by addressing clients' intricate lending, investment, protection, and daily banking needs.
  • Maintain precise documentation of client interactions, advice provided, and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
  • Possess a solid understanding of registered financial products, including tax implications, and develop strategies for term deposits that align with clients' liquidity needs and return expectations.
  • Enhance the client experience by providing backup support to other roles as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, with at least 1 year in an advisory role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mortgage lending and mutual fund sales.
  • Licensed to sell mutual funds.
  • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of various financial products and services.
  • Experience in a professional financial advisory sales environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail lending, including complex mortgage products.
  • Proven experience in investments, including mutual fund sales and holistic financial planning.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing tailored advice in diverse situations.
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing various technologies.
