Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Hospital Director at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and business activities, leading team members, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Directly oversee all operations and business activities, ensuring seamless execution and strategic alignment.
- Lead team members for all departments, fostering a positive and supportive culture that encourages teamwork and continuous learning.
- Partner effectively with the Medical Director to manage the hospital and ensure high-quality patient care, driving business growth and profitability.
- Analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive revenue growth and profitability, collaborating with the Medical Director to establish best medical care practices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for growth, including new services, recruitment, and marketing initiatives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address issues and opportunities for growth, ensuring the hospital's financial health and stability.
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience with a record of success, preferably in a larger scale healthcare setting.
- MBA or equivalent experience preferred, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
