Hospital Director of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to join our team as Hospital Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, including financial management, staff development, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive hospital growth and profitability
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
- Collaborate with medical directors to ensure high-quality patient care and medical excellence
- Manage hospital finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and patient flow
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to drive business growth and expansion
- 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed business decisions
